We’ve added Change Requests to Cosmos, giving teams a structured way to request and review corrections to baggage data (also know as baggage clearing). From the Baggage page, users can create a request for one or several bags, choose the requested reason for loss code or fault station, add a reason for the change, and submit it for review.
Reviewers now have a dedicated Change Requests page with a three-panel layout for working through requests. Each request shows the affected bags, requested changes, current live state, and direct links back to the related baggage cases. Reviewers can approve, reject, or cancel requests from one place.
Further Improvements
Feature: Organization admins can now manage Reason for loss (RL) and Delay code descriptions directly in Settings.
Usability: Broken links and unexpected errors now use clearer in-app recovery screens.
