We’ve added downloadable SLA Statements to Cosmos, giving teams a clearer way to review and share payment outcomes.
From the SLA Payment detail view, you can now open a statement that brings together the key information needed for monthly performance discussions: KPI results, threshold details, applied codes, financial breakdowns, and payment context. The statement is designed for printing or saving as PDF, making it easier to share a clean summary with internal teams or partners.
This reduces the need to jump between payment and report views when preparing reviews, approvals, or follow-up discussions.
